The Advertising Standards Agency has upheld three complaints about claims made by on line agent E-Moov. They have been told not to repeat the claims. Meanwhile, another on line agent, House Simple, have been accused by the RICS of making inaccurate claims on their website. On line agents are becoming more popular, as sellers strive to cut the high costs of estate agents' fees. But several years ago our landlord clients told us that they would prefer dealing with a traditional agent to an on line one (who advertises on line of course) - but for a fair price.

So we introduced the £500 set sale fee into Northern Ireland - with no extra VAT to pay. We advertise on Property Pal and Propert News, the two biggest property portals in NI. So we provide exactly the same service as any other estate agent (we hope better) at a much reduced cost. Take your average house at £150,000. For agents who charge 1% plus VAT that will set you back £1800. Saving if you go with Key One Property = £1300. That's a claim we can substantiate ! Contact us if you want to sell your house without being ripped off.
