An estate agency in the south of England have experienced a real "property crash" when they were accidentally ram-raided by a car. The driver who bulldozed the agent's window got out, had a look at the carnage and then drove off never to be seen again. He didn't even leave a note in the window! Maybe he was displeased with their 1% fee for selling? Unlike our good selves who charge a very fair 0.5% sale fee.
